A Los Angeles couple is suing Sprint saying a Kentucky employee allegedly posted their nude photos on Facebook.
The woman in the suit claims the nude photos came from a phone she exchanged for a newer model.
She says a Spring employee promised that all of her personal data would be deleted off of the phone when she turned it in.
According to the suit an employee at a Sprint refurbishing factory in Kentucky found the photos and posted them on the woman's Facebook page.
Sprint has released a statement saying it takes customer privacy seriously and will investigate.
