MOSCOW (AP) - The head of a U.S. congressional delegation to Russia says it learned little about what could have been done to prevent the Boston Marathon bombings, despite the best efforts of actor Steven Seagal.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, a California Republican who led the six-person delegation, said at a news conference Sunday that there was "nothing specific" that could have helped prevent April's bombings, but that the U.S. and Russia need to work more closely on joint security threats.

"Radical Islam is at our throat in the United States, and is at the throat of the Russian people," he said.

Rohrabacher described meetings with Russian parliament members and security officials over intelligence sharing as productive.

Some of the meetings were set up by Seagal, who met Russian President Vladimir Putin in March.
