A personal finance website has released their ten best and worst cities in the U.S. for quality of life.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A personal finance website has released their ten best and worst cities in the U.S. for quality of life.

Lexington made the list of best cities, coming in at No. 7.

Their list of best cities:
1. Madison, Wisconsin
2. Lincoln, Nebraska
3. Minneapolis, Minnesota
4. St. Paul, Minnesota
5. Omaha, Nebraska
6. Buffalo, New York
7. Lexington, Kentucky
8. Lubbock, Texas
9. Fort Wayne, Indiana
10. Fremont, California

Their worst cities:
1. Miami, Florida
2. Santa Ana, California
3. Hialeah, Florida
4. Newark, New Jersey
5. North Las Vegas, Nevada
6. Laredo, Texas
7. Los Angeles, California
8. Jersey City, New Jersey
9. New York, New York
10. Fresno, California

To come up with the list, NerdWallet used median rent as a percentage of income, the average number of hours residents spent communing to work, percentage of residents with health care coverage, and unemployment rate.
