BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) - Lindsay Lohan is due back in a Beverly Hills courtroom to face a judge who could send her back to jail or rehab for a failed drug test.
A judge has scheduled an 8:30 a.m. PDT hearing Friday to formally determine whether the actress violated her probation with a failed drug test in September. If Lohan admits the results are accurate - as she has already done publicly - then the judge could return her to jail or order her to continue inpatient rehab.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox had been expecting the actress to arrive at court directly from jail where he sent her on Sept. 24 after a brief hearing. Another judge overruled Fox's jailing order and the actress was freed on bail.
It will be Lohan's fifth court appearance since May.
