New anti-leak measures set at NSA

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - The National Security Agency says it's implementing new security measures following leaks of secret information by former NSA systems analyst Edward Snowden.

The NSA says as soon as the changes can be implemented at 15,000 sites, any systems administrator will only be able to access or move key information if another administrator is present.
