Former Sen. Rick Santorum says "Conservatism is alive and well in Missouri and Minnesota."
Santorum won today's Minnesota's caucuses and the Missouri primary.
Republicans also headed to caucuses today in Colorado, where doors closed at 9 p.m. EST.
Seventy delegates are up for grabs today. Missouri's vote is non-binding.
Its delegates will be selected in caucuses next month.
