Some US missions to remain closed

WASHINGTON (AP) - U.S. officials have decided to close embassies and consulates in 19 cities in the Muslim world until at least the end of this week.

State Department officials say there's no indication of a new threat and the decision is in an "abundance of caution."

Maryland Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, told ABC's "This Week" Sunday that the threat intercepted from "high-level people in al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula" was about a "major attack."
