GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WKYT) - Georgetown Police say they're looking for a man who robbed two Georgetown College students at gunpoint Thursday night.

The robbery happened near the Lambda Chi Alpha House at the coroner of Clayton Avenue and Hollyhock Lane.

Police say neither student was injured, and the robber stole wallets and cell phones. Police say the stolen items have since been recovered.

Georgetown College officials say the campus was briefly locked down after the robbery, but the lockdown has since been lifted.

Police say the suspect is a black man, in his late 20s, who wore a dark hoodie and a camouflage vest at the time of the robbery.
