FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police say a truck accident on Interstate 64 is impacting traffic in the westbound lanes.
A semi truck crashed at the 47 mile marker, around the Lawrenceburg and Graefenburg exit.
One person was taken to an area hospital for minor injuries.
Traffic was down to one lane for most of the morning. Police had to shut down both westbound lanes, shortly before noon, in order to tow out the wrecked semi. The delay was expected to last 20-40 minutes.
To detour, turn right onto KY151, and then left at US60. Then, take a left at the caution light at KY395. From there, drivers can get back to the interstate.
