Rain will slowly come to an end across central and eastern Kentucky as we head into the evening hours. Much colder air will filter into the region tonight and Saturday. Temps by Saturday morning will drop into the low and mid 30s.
Another cold front moves in by the afternoon and will deliver even colder air for Sunday. Temps will be in the teens to start and only recover to around the freezing mark.
Gusty winds this weekend will make it feel even colder than what your thermometer shows. A few snow flurries will also be possible.
A storm system developing across the south early next week may impact our weather. Snow or rain will be possible by Tuesday and Wednesday.
