A cold front is slowly working across the state this evening. This is producing showers and bringing much colder air into town. A wave of low pressure will develop along the front and bring widespread rain back in here later tonight and Thursday.
The quick hitting system will be a chilly one with temps staying in the 50s for highs.
Friday may start with temps in the upper 30s and end with low 60s. The next cold front arrives Saturday with some showers and highs back into the 50s.
The threat for frost will be with us Sunday and Monday mornings with readings in the 30s. An even colder blast of air is on tap for the middle of next week.
