LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man who managed TSA agents at the Blue Grass Airport is in court today to answer charges that he sexually abused a co-worker multiple times.
Shane Hinkle is facing four counts of first degree sexual abuse. Police say on July 31st and August 4th, Hinkle abused a co-worker. Police told WKYT's Sean Evans that Hinkle's victim recorded one of those instances of abuse and gave investigators the video evidence. She told police the unwanted encounters had been happening for months, but she had been reluctant to say anything because she feared losing her job.
A spokesman for the TSA released a statement earlier this month stating Hinkle was no longer employed by them.
Hinkle's preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place at the Fayette County Courthouse on Thursday morning.
