TAYLOR COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Officials with search crews in Taylor County tell WKYT that they have located the body of a second hunter who went missing Friday evening.

The Green County coroner says the body of Harold Wethington, 77, of Liberty, Ky. was found Saturday afternoon.

The body of Larry Stokes, 57, of Somerset was found at 10 a.m. Sunday about 11 miles from where the men took off.

According to officials with Taylor County Fire and Rescue, the two men went out on a boat Friday morning at Green River Boat Ramp just below the tailwaters of Green River Lake to duck hunt.

When the men didn't return home by nine o'clock Friday evening their family contacted authorities.

When crews arrived at the boat ramp, they found the men's vehicle still in the parking lot's boat ramp and started an immediate search of the area.

According to officials, the boat was located around midnight approximately 14 miles down the stream near the Taylor County - Green County line. Officials say the boat was found pinned against a tree on its side in the water.

According to family members, the men were experienced hunters and had hunted the area many times in the past.

Crews searched until around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning and then resumed their search at 7 a.m. Crews spent the day Saturday combing the area, but according to officials, the high water level was causing issues for search crews.

According to the Green County coroner, the cause of death for both men is drowning.
