Update: Eastbound I-64 re-opened after Rowan County accident

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WKYT) - UPDATE: Interstate is now open.
Kentucky State Police in Morehead tell us Eastbound I-64 in Rowan County is currently shut down starting at exit 137.

State Police tell us that a tractor-trailer jack-knifed and that driver is being transported to the hospital for unknown injuries. They say two other tractor-trailers got stuck in the median trying to avoid the collision.

Traffic is currently being routed onto US 60 up to the Olive Hill Exit. State Police say tractor-trailers are being allowed to slowly move through to park at the rest area ahead.

No word yet on when the Interstate will reopen.
