LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington police have arrested a man they say stole from the apartment complex where he was staying.
Police charged 31-year-old James Smith with burglary, receiving stolen property, and being a convicted felon with a handgun.
Police say Smith was staying at his ex-girlfriend's apartment on Winburn Drive after she moved out.
Police say they found things stolen from a neighboring apartment. They also say Smith had stolen master keys to all the apartments in the building.
