LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) -- The Lexington Public Library has announced plans to open a new branch along Man O'War Boulevard.

According to our news partners at the Herald-Leader, the library will move into the old Land Rover building at the corner of Man O'War and Palumbo Drive.

Once the new branch opens in May of next year, the library plans to close its branch on nearby Eagle Creek Drive.

Library leaders say the new branch will include drive-through service where customers can drop off returns and pick up books they have put on hold.
