Reward for information in the murder of a Kroger employee now $12,000

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - The reward keeps growing in the search for a killer who gunned down a Kroger employee in the stores parking lot.

Louisville police say 34-year-old Jack Combs was shot as he walked to his car after his Saturday night shift in St. Matthews.

Combs had worked for Kroger for 17 years.

Kroger initially offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case, that reward is now up to $12,000.
