LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Convicted killer Steve Nunn now says he wants to take back his guilty plea.
Fayette County court workers say the former Kentucky lawmaker has filed a motion to do just that. A judge set a hearing in April to listen to arguments on the motion. Nunn will be there.
He's serving a life sentence for murder. Nunn admitted killing Amanda Ross outside her Lexington home in 2009.
