WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WKYT) -- A father and son traveling to Florida say they became the victims of a theft after stopping in Kentucky.

Robert Hudson says he and his son stopped for the night at a Williamsburg hotel, while on a trip from Michigan, to their vacation home in Florida.

When they got up Wednesday morning, they noticed their trailer had been stolen from their car, and it was filled with items needed for the trip.

"My golf clubs, I had a cooler full of venison, my bike, pedaling bike, medicine, camera, personal things, clothes," said Robert Hudson.

Police say surveillance video shows a car leaving the parking lot with the trailer in tow.

So far, they have not made any arrests in the case.
