Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell will donate $10,000 to charity that his campaign received from the political action committee of Alaska Senator Ted Stevens.

The 84-year old republican Stevens is expected to plead not guilty Thursday to charges that he didn't report taking more than $250,000 in gifts from an oil services company.

McConnell won't comment on Stevens' problems and says he'll give the money to a Louisville group.
