This money should go toward nursing all of the sick animals confiscated from an Adair animal shelter back to health. At least then it would be going to a good use. There is probably enough money here to help the shelters who took them all in. Not to mention spay and nueter clinics throughout the region. I would rather my tax dollars go toward this than another low income person trying to over-populate the world for monetary gains.

Just what we need. Another program to help the welfare people out. They need to get a job and help themselves. I am tired of my tax dollars going for programs to benefit the so called "low income people".

Where do I go to sing up for this program. My home hasn;t been updated for at least 15 to 20 years>

How can you sign up for this? Where do you go to qualify for this? I don't see any information on how to get this help.
