BAY JIMMY, La. (AP) - Scientists worry looks my be deceiving in the Gulf of Mexico a year after the BP oil spill. They say the overall health of the Gulf of Mexico is nearly back to normal. But under the sea, they cite significant declines in key health indicators such as the sea floor, dolphins and oysters.
