Coach Mitchell and his wife Jenna show you how to make Bruschetta.
6 tomatoes - cored and diced
4 garlic gloves
3 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablesoons olive oil
Bread of your choice
Core and dice tomatoes.
Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and toss.
Brush bread with olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
Broil the bread for 2 minutes.
Spoon tomatoes on top of bread.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
