Extremely nice when served with mixed greens.
Ingredients
1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 garlic clove
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Add EVOO and balsamic. More or less of either to taste.
