A great marinade for your next cookout or dinner party.
1/2 Cup Extra VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1/4 Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of pepper
2 Gloves of crushed garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Whisk all the ingredients together.
Place the steak in a bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Let it sit out at room temperature for one hour. Sear it to the temperature of your liking.
