The LSU at Kentucky game on Oct. 13 has been picked by CBS for live national telecast. Game time will be 3:30 p.m on WKYT.
Offensive tackle Garry Williams has been named the Southeastern Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week as chosen by the league office.
Williams, a junior from Louisville, Ky., graded at 88 percent, with four knockdown blocks, and did not allow a quarterback sack or hurry in UK’s 45-17 win over Florida Atlantic on Saturday. Kentucky extended its school-record streak of five consecutive games with at least 40 points. The Wildcats generated 514 yards total offense, the ninth straight game of at least 400 total offensive yards.
This marks the third time this season that a Wildcat was received the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week. Senior guard Jason Leger got the honor following the Kent State and Arkansas games.
