Morehead State falls on the road, 86-70

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) - Ryne Hamblet and Nate Miller each
scored 16 and three other Falcons reached double figures as Bowling
Green beat Morehead State 86-70 today.
Bowling Green (3-1) were ahead throughout and used 66.7 percent
shooting to keep Morehead State (1-2) from threatening. The Falcons
built a 19-point lead with 3:38 left in the first half - their
largest lead - and the Eagles only got as close as eight the rest
of the game.
The Eagles shot just 39.2 percent, but Leon Buchanan scored 35
points and was 15 of 15 from the free throw line. John Lamb added
11 points.
Bowling Green's Marc Larson scored 14 points, Darryl Clements
had 11 and Chris Knight 10.
