Joe Crawford and Ramel Bradley combined for 44 points but Mississippi State hit free throws down the stretch to hold on for a 69-64 victory over Kentucky Tuesday night in Starkville.

Bradley scored 22, his fifth straight game with at least 20 points. Crawford added 20 for the Cats, who fall to 7-8 overall and 1-1 in the SEC.
