Frankfort's E.J. Fields Signs With UK

Frankfort High School star E. J. Fields became the school's first athlete in 20 years to sign a division one letter of intent this afternoon.

Fields, who verbally commited to UK after the Cats toppled top-ranked LSU, made it official at the school Wednesday during a signing ceremony.

Flanked by his mother and father, and two brothers, Fields said he was relieved to sign with UK, and says Wildcat coaches have said he might end up competing for a wide receiver position.
