Auburn Hands UK First Loss of Season

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn pitchers Grant Dayton, Evan Crawford
and Bryan Woodall teamed up for a 2-0 shutout of No. 2 Kentucky
tonight to end the Wildcats' 19-game winning streak.
Dayton pitched the first six innings and escaped a bases loaded,
one-out jam in the first against the Southeastern Conference's
highest scoring offense. Woodall got a double play and three
strikeouts to earn his fifth save.
Mike Bianucci went 3-for-4 for Auburn (13-8, 1-3) with an RBI
single in the first. Matt Hall (1-3) hit a two-out, RBI double in
the fourth to give Auburn the 2-0 edge over the Wildcats (19-1,
The teams both go for the series win Sunday.
