HOOVER, Ala. (AP) - Two straight eight-win seasons have Kentucky
coach Rich Brooks feeling pretty good.
Brooks said Friday at the Southeastern Conference media days he
expects the Wildcats to remain a competitive team in the tough
Eastern Division.
He said he expects Kentucky to have the best defense and the top
offensive line of his six-year tenure. He also said the team has
considerably more speed and talent than it did when he took over
the program.
The Wildcats are picked to finish fifth in the SEC East.
