UK's Cobb enters not guilty plea

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - An attorney for Kentucky football player
Ashton Cobb entered a not guilty plea on his behalf Wednesday on
charges of stalking and terroristic threatening.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports the safety did not attend
his arraignment in Fayette County District Court. He is accused of
threatening his ex-girlfriend with telephone calls and text
messages.
Cobb has been suspended from the school since his arrest Friday.
Coach Rich Brooks said Monday that he has applied for
reinstatement.
