Wildcats having fun, enjoying Calipari

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky players are raving about the
enthusiasm of new coach John Calipari, whose energetic, uptempo
practices have quickly won over the Wildcats.
Calipari has stressed trying to make the game fun for his
players since he replaced Billy Gillispie two weeks ago. The team
went through its final one-hour practice of the season on
Wednesday, and even though Calipari has been pleased with the
progress, he knows there are plenty of questions to answer before
next fall.
Guard Jodie Meeks and Patrick Patterson have both entered their
name for the NBA Draft, and several other players could be headed
elsewhere if they don't fit into Calipari's dribble-drive offense.
Calipari expects to add several recruits during the spring
signing period, which began Wednesday.
