Borel's Choice:Rachel Alexandra

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Rachel Alexandra could be headed to the
Preakness with Kentucky Derby-winning jockey Calvin Borel aboard.
Stonestreet Stables owner Jess Jackson, who purchased the
superstar filly Wednesday, called the pairing of Borel and Rachel
Alexandra "a perfect match."
Borel guided Rachel Alexandra to a record-breaking 20¼-length
victory in the Kentucky Oaks last Friday, then guided 50-1 shot
Mine That Bird to a stunning win in the Derby.
Borel said Thursday he'd rather ride Rachel Alexandra if forced
to make a choice, calling the filly a "once-in-a-lifetime" horse.
Rachel Alexandra has won all five starts she's made with Borel in
the saddle.
Mine That Bird trainer Bennie Woolley Jr. said he wasn't
surprised by Borel's decision.
