Calipari ready for Morehead State

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky coach John Calipari is ready to
stop selling and start winning.
Calipari has spent the six months since his hire trumpeting
Kentucky's return to national prominence. He's brought in arguably
the best recruiting class in the nation and promised to play with
the kind of energy largely missing since Rick Pitino left the
program a dozen years ago.
Yet Calipari knows the fifth-ranked Wildcats remain very much a
work in progress.
Freshman point guard John Wall's status is uncertain as the NCAA
looking into his relationship with a former AAU coach and nearly
all the players find themselves struggling to grasp Calipari's
dribble-drive offense.
Kentucky opens the year on Nov. 13 against Morehead State.
