Floridia Clears Talks With Billy Donovan

27 Sportsfirst has learned from our sources that UK has asked Florida for permission to speak with Billy Donovan. Those sources also tell us that permission has been granted.

It is unclear when a conversation will take place between UK and Donovan. Donovan did say Wednesday at press conference at Marshall University that he would like to decide some things about his future before he goes on a family vacation this weekend.

Earlier Wednesday, WKYT also learned from a source that the Memphis Grizzlies will offer Donovan a contract worth 5.5 Million Dollars a year. That same source also said the Donovan is expected to reject the deal. The Grizzlies have the worst record in the NBA.
