CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. (AP) - Western Kentucky University golfer Emily Wolff will be making an appearance in the championship round of the Northern Kentucky Amateur Championship for the second straight year.
Wolff won a 19-hole match play over number-four seed Lori Eberle yesterday to reach the final round. She posted the fourth-best score during qualifying rounds on Monday and Tuesday.
After yesterday's match play, four contestants remain from a field of 44.
Last year in the final round, Wolff lost a 19th-hole playoff to finish second overall.
The tournament is being held at Willows Golf Course in Kenton County.
Today's championship round between the final four golfers will be 18-holes of stroke play, with the best score claiming the title.
