CINCINNATI (AP) - The Cincinnati Reds shutout streak is over, and their winning streak is too.
Rafael Furcal (fur-KAWLZ') homered in the eleventh inning to lift Los Angeles to a 5-to-4 victory over Cincinnati yesterday and snap the Reds' four-game winning streak.
Furcal's fifth homer of the season came off Victor Santos, whose record falls to 1-and-4.
Alex Gonzalez hit a two-run home run for the Reds to give Cincinnati a 3-2 lead in the second inning.
The Dodgers, who were shut out in the first two games of the series, sent the game to extra innings when pinch-runner Andre Ethier scored on Ramon Martinez's single.
Scott Procter pitched two scoreless innings to get the win. He's 1-and-oh. Takashi Saito (SY'-toh) pitched the eleventh for his 28th save.
The Reds host the San Diego Padres tonight.
