Three months of hype, crammed into one week. That’s what we’re forced to do now that UK has moved the game to the third week of the season.
After the Kent State game, Rich Brooks was asked if moving the Louisville game to the third week had given the Wildcats the preparation and adjustment time intended. “We’re two and oh,” Brooks said.
Much as been said and written about the game being moved to week three. It’s obvious the Cats needed a couple of games to get their offensive line in order.
And quarterback Andre Woodson hasn’t been as sharp as we’ve seen him. Maybe with two weeks under his belt Woodson will play at a very high level next Saturday.
But the Cards benefit, too.
