Following their upset of 9th ranked Louisville Saturday night the Kentucky Wildcats are now ranked in both major polls. Kentucky is 21st in the AP rankings and 23rd in the USA Today poll.
The Southern California Trojans have retained the top-spot in the weekly Associated Press Top 25 college football poll. The Trojans secured their spot with a 49-31 win over 14th-ranked Nebraska Saturday night. USC landed 46 of the first place votes compared to 19 for runner-up LSU. The Tigers are 3-and-0 on the season while the Trojans are 2-and-0.
Rounding out the top five are Florida, Oklahoma and West Virginia.
The second five this week features California, Texas, Ohio State, Wisconsin and Penn State. That's three Big-10 teams among the top-10.
The second ten consists of Rutgers, South Carolina, Oregon, Boston College, Clemson, Alabama, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Hawaii and Texas A-and-M.
The bottom features Kentucky, Georgia, South Florida, Nebraska and Missouri.
