Cal looking to land Marcus Lee

Lexington, Ky. (WKYT) - Five-star recruit Marcus Lee out of Antioch, California will announce his college decision Wednesday morning at Deer Valley High School.  Lee has narrowed his list to Kentucky and Cal and UK is believed to be the favorite.

Lexington, Ky. (WKYT) - Five-star recruit Marcus Lee out of Antioch, California will announce his college decision Wednesday morning at Deer Valley High School. Lee has narrowed his list to Kentucky and Cal and UK is believed to be the favorite.

Lee, a 6-foot-9, 205 pound forward, is rated as a five-star recruit and the 15th-best prospect in the class of 2013 by www.rivals.com.

Lee attended Big Blue Madness Friday night in Rupp arena and came away impressed. He tweeted a photo of Kentucky's practice facility and wrote, "No filter can make it any better. It's just perfect."

Lee averaged 13.9 points and 9.1 blocks per game last season for Deer Valley. His announcement is scheduled for 2:30pm EDT.
