LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - UK coach John Calipari has talked about wanting his players to eliminate "clutter." He wants every player to take responsibility for how they play, and block out anything they're hearing from the outside.

Monday, freshman guards James Young and Aaron Harrison talked about "clutter." "Just the outside things that people say that will corrupt the team chemistry, basically." said Harrison. "Just like if someone feels like they aren't getting what they're suppose to get and that's coming from somewhere else, we just need to clear that from our head and stuff."

"Before practice he talks about it every day." said Young. "It's just something we got to learn to block out and just focus on the game of basketball. Just listening to everybody and just not focusing on what we should be doing, and it's something we got to work on and block it out."

Kentucky hosts Texas A&M Tuesday night in Rup Arena. tipoff will be at 9:00 p.m.
