Cal appears on ESPN

UK coach John Calipari made an appearance on ESPN's Pardon the Interruption Thursday.
When asked what could possibly trouble him about this team Calipari said, "Physical toughness. Teams are coming at us with the idea to get into their bodies and I'm trying to tell my team you must negate that kind of play, you've gotta play guys before you catch the ball. You have to play your position before it's entered to you. You have to stay lower and wedge more, you have to block out before the ball hits the rim because they're coming at you."
Calipari was asked about his comment that it may do his team some good to possibly lose a game leading up to the tournament. Cal said, "No, here's what it is. If we get physically manhandled and lost a couple games because of that reason it would be perfect for us. Now what happens is I know this team. They will be so mad that they'll look at each other and say we're not losing that way."
Calipari appeared with hosts Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon.
