Can UK stop Bridgewater?

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two years ago Teddy Bridgewater replaced the injured Will Stein at Commonwealth Stadium and led Louisville to a 24-17 victory over Kentucky. That's where Bridgewater's story began and it's still building.

Saturday afternoon in Lexington Bridgewater will try to lead the Cards to their third straight win in the series. Last season he completed 19 of 21 against UK as the Cards won 32-14.

The UK defense looks to apply pressure and make Bridgewater uncomfortable. But in Louisville's first two games the junior quarterback has been impressive. Against Ohio and EKU he completed 46 of 60 passes for 752 yards and nine touchdowns.

Kentucky and Louisville will kickoff at noon Saturday. The game will be televised by ESPN.
