Yahoo! Sports reported Tuesday night that No. 1 draft pick Anthony Davis, despite a sprained ankle, will report to the Team USA training camp later this week.
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reported via twitter:
"The injury isn't as bad as originally thought," said a source. "(Davis) really wants to play."
Davis sprained his left ankle in a Saturday practice, he's scheduled to report to Las Vegas Thursday with the first workout Friday.
