Duke No. 1, UK unranked by AP

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Duke is the new No. 1 team in the Associated Press college basketball poll, followed by Michigan and Syracuse. For the third striaght week Kentucky is unranked. Louisville is No. 5, Indiana fell to No. 6 after its loss to Butler.

The top 25 teams in The Associated Press' college basketball poll, with first-place votes in parentheses, records through Dec. 16, total points based on 25 points for a first-place vote through one point for a 25th-place vote and last week's ranking:
