James Blackmon Jr. picks Indiana

Guard James Blackmon Jr. is headed to Indiana University to play for Tom Crean. Blackmon announced his decision on ESPNU Thursday evening.

Blackmon, whos father played under Joe B. hall back in the 1980's, first committed to Indiana but then reopened his recruiting in August. Kentucky was in the mix along with Baylor, UConn and Michigan.

Earlier in the day John Calipari picked up a commitment from 6-6 shooting guard Devin Booker out of Moss Point, Mississippi.
