Kentucky All-Star tryouts set

(Louisville, KY)—Nominated seniors in good standing will compete for a place on the 2012 Kentucky Girls and Boys All-Star Team, April 21 and 22 at Georgetown College, according to Dave Satterly, game director.

The girl’s team tryouts are scheduled for Saturday and the boy’s team for Sunday, both beginning at noon. The tryouts are open to the public.

The Kentucky High School All-Star game is scheduled for Friday, June 8th in Freedom Hall. The girl’s game begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the boy’s game at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and $19 and are available at Ticket Master or directly from Freedom Hall.

Profits from the game benefit the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation.
