LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Coaches really earn their money come March, but for John Calipari, it has to be when he is on the recruiting trail.
Calipari and UK have received yet another high-profile commitment. Five-star player Marcus Lee, from Antioch, California, is coming to Kentucky. The 6'9 center impacts the game on the defensive side and is known as a shot blocker.
Lee, who visited Kentucky during Big Blue Madness, chose the Cats over California. He is rated as the number two rated center for 2013 and number 38 overall. Lee joins the much heralded Harrison twins, James Young and Derek Willis as UK Class of 2013.
With so much talent for next year's class, the question has to be asked: Is this the greatest recruiting class in history? It seems to be a popular question every year in the Bluegrass because John Calipari keeps waving his magic wand.
