LEXINGTON, Ky (WKYT) - Former Kentucky Wildcat Jamal Murray is eager to get started with the Denver Nuggets in the NBA's Las Vegas Summer League.
Murray is practicing with several other young players on the Nuggets roster but he has no complaints.
"Yeah it's cool," said Murray. "We're all kind of in together. Some guys earlier than others but it's fun. It's a learning process as the years go on."
Free agent Dwayne Wade is expected to make a decision on his future by the end of the week. Denver is one of the teams hes met with.
“Dwyane Wade coming and mentoring all the young guys on this team, not just me but the sophomores and the juniors,” Murray said. “It would be great. I think we can all benefit.”
